There is music in the background

Kurder and Dorfmeister, Useless

Today I edit, putting the finishing touches on the printed descriptions for my show pieces.  Distracted by the web and random music, inspiration has the guise of a short attention span.

The divinity of procrastination. - Danielle Laporte

Procrastinating is easy, and that’s a fact. Even type-A personalities and wildly productive grown-ups put things off. But what we might critique as procrastination can actually be a misdiagnosis for instinct.
One of the effects of living in a hyperproductive society is that intuitive resistance can get labeled as procrastination. But what seems like avoidance may be a deeper inkling of wrong timing.
Hesitation can be a form of wisdom. Motives become clearer; new information shows up. Amazing grace can happen when you choose inner rhythms over external pressure.
It’s worth considering: you may be putting it off for divine reasons.
