Yoga: Birth, Death & Resurrection

{photo by: a.currie}

"Yoga is the union of the body, mind and soul. For many of us yoga is a journey and the process of birth and rebirth.  Where there is nothing, no awareness, there is a void - a death in many ways. Yoga helps to bring back life energy where it has been laying dormant or lost.  Resurrecting the limbs, the nerves, muscles, skin and brain, the body is unified once again; its natural state of being.

A cycle of life and a cycle of living are all in this room and it all starts with just one breath..."

I work with both homeowners and real estate agents to present homes in their best possible light. My goal is to guide and assist you in effectively presenting your home so it will sell quickly and for the best possible price. I also provide a range of interior design advice and decorating services. Mojo is a more elusive sense of personal advancement through the world. You’re moving forward, making progress, achieving goals, clearing hurdles, passing the competition – and doing so with increasing ease.  What you are doing matters and you enjoy doing it. Sports people call it being in the “zone.” Others describe it under the umbrella term “flow.” -  Mojo, Marshall Goldsmith

I dropped the worry on the way –
And God was good to me everyday.

I am still finding my own path in regards to balancing the have-to and should-do's, but when drawing and creating become a chore, than there is something unbalanced in my life.

We may not always enjoy certain pieces of our everyday, but when there are people just like ourselves going about the same every days with a little more ease, then maybe we need to stop and rethink our practice. Open your mind to a different approach and ask for help. Don't put off success because you don't know how to it's going to fit into your already hectic schedule.

Doodle, measure, and create - the only chore you can ever really put off is doing the dishes - because we are never really done fueling ourselves, and we are never completely finished making a mess.

What is intrinsic to you is not a chore. Creating is a life style, no matter what your medium.
