Side by Side

"If you believe that you are having a hard time reaching your goal because you lack the necessary ability, and that you can’t do much to change that ... well, there’s no way to put this nicely: you are wrong. Effort, planning, persistence, and good strategies are what it really takes to succeed."
—Heidi Grant Halvorson, host of The Science of Thriving

Your Inspiration

Art takes nature as its model.
– Aristotle

"Leaning Tree"

{a.currie}

You will notice lately my trees have a bit of a lean.
This view is mesmerizing.
These trees have a story.

I had a conversation with a lady a couple months ago about Hawthorns. Since, I have been searching for more images of such indelible creatures.

Do you have a tree in your collection that has a story?

Send me a picture, I'm always looking for another muse.

Mapping and scheming all the odds and ends of putting together the bulk of my exhibit that best represents
How I discovered my artistic voice and style.
Lots more to dos and little bits yet to be compiled.

I'm promoting a show that is coming together nicely..

You are already naked, you have no need to hide your heart. - Steve Jobs

The only way to do great work is to love what you do...

Trust thyself.
"Stay hungry, stay foolish."
- Steve Jobs

1) Connect the dots by following your heart.
2) Keep looking for the great work and don't settle. Don't lose faith.
3) Death is inevitable. Have the courage to listen to your heart and follow your intuition.
